If you check google, there are several Tetsuo's. The most logical would be Tetsuo Shima though as he is a character featured in the Akira manga series/movie. If you remember, Lupe had Akira as his Profile pic on Twitter not too long ago.
Tetsuo becomes the main antagonist in the story, which fits to Lupe's perception in the world of Hip Hop within the last few years. This also ties in with the story told in American Terrorist pt. 2 (Superheroes.)

ReplyDeleteYou people and the new age. Lupe gave 5 official mixtapes and 4 albums in a span of 10 years. 4 albums in 7 years seems right. Some rappers go every 2 years dropping an album. Its just that nowadays you got to drop one every year to be relevant
